The subject of the order is: supply of electricity to Zoo Wrocław Sp. z o.o. with a total estimated volume of 20,000 MWh, for 2 energy consumption points with PPE numbers 5900322415102052171 (basic power supply) and PPE 590322415103485596 (reserve power supply) over the period of twenty -four months(from 28.05.2025 to 28.05.2027)
1. The total number of measuring systems located in Zoo Wrocław Sp. z o.o. , settling consumed electricity is - 2 pcs.
2. Measuring systems with the B-23 tariff are adapted to the seller change procedure. The contracting authority informs that the servicesThe distribution will be provided on the basis of a separate agreement concluded between the Employer and the Operator of the Distribution System - Tauron Dystrybucja S.A. Branch in Wrocław
3. The Contractor will be obliged to submit an electricity sales contract in these proceedingsThe distribution system operator in accordance with applicable regulations
4. The price offered by the Contractor will apply throughout the duration of the contract. It is allowed to change unit prices only in the event of a change in the provisions of the VAT Act (the net price remains unchanged) and changes to the provisionsresulting in a change in the amount of excise tax
5. Settlements for deliveries will take place in monthly cycles (from the first to the last day of the month) according to the indications of the measuring systems.
