Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of brand new electronic and electrical equipment, optical devices and drones from current production, meeting the technical, functional and operational requirements specified by the Ordering Party. The delivered equipment must be free from physical and legal defects. The delivered equipment should be complete, ready for operation on the day of delivery, and should have all the necessary accessories (including chargers, charging cables, cases/cases, batteries or power supplies, etc.). The equipment should be delivered with an operating manual in Polish. The equipment should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and in the absence of a manufacturer's warranty, the Contractor is obliged to provide a warranty for the delivered equipment for a minimum period of 12 months. from the date of delivery of the equipment. The delivered equipment should be originally packed by the manufacturer, and if it is necessary for the Contractor to interfere with the original packaging or device, e.g. for testing or charging, it should be repackaged. should contain elements identifying the Contractor's interference, e.g. by sticking a tape with the Contractor's name in the opening places or...
