Description:
The subject of the order is: is the supply of electronic vouchers (electronic IDs) worth PLN 63 763 200.00 for developmental services and service of the voucher system under the Direction - Development project. Project direction - development is co -financed by the European Fund Social plus under the European Funds program for Kujawy and Pomerania 2021-2027, action 8.19 Adult learning. The essence of the order is to create one system of vouchers for development services for project clients - project participants (hereinafter referred to as: UP). Number of vouchers for development services It will amount to 63 763 200 pieces (electronic IDs), while maintaining a value of 1 voucher in the amount of PLN 1. The target group in the project in a minimum number 9,963 consists of adults living or working or studying in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, which from their own Initiatives will decide to use the support proposed to them. A preference in access to support for people with disabilities and people over 50 years of age is planned. Description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract, in short: OPZ (each time when The contracting authority uses the term OPZ, it is about Annex 1 to SWZ).
