Description:
1. The subject of the order is: delivery of an electrosurgical platform providing RF energy for surgical procedures for the St. Vincent de Paul Hospital in Gdynia Szpitale Pomorskie Sp. z o. o. with parameters consistent with Appendix No. 2 to SWZ.2. The subject of the order includes the following activities: a. Delivery, installation, commissioning and handing over to the Ordering Party, ready for use, of the medical equipment listed in point 1, hereinafter referred to as the equipment.b. Training of the Ordering Party's staff in the use, operation and maintenance necessary for the proper functioning of the equipment in accordance with the requirements described in nn SWZ (minimum 2 training courses), c. Fulfillment of obligations during the warranty period regarding removal of faults, repairs, replacement of parts along with mandatory technical inspections at the frequency recommended by the manufacturer. 3. Detailed description of the subject of the order, assortment and estimates quantities are given in Appendix No. 1 and 2 to the SWZ.
