Description:
Delivery to the headquarters of the NCBJ oroda radioisotopw to Polat transport packs, i.e. BBNW (hoboks) from steel sheet for packaging radiopharmaceuticals (without transport) with print, spending the technical parameters required by the ordering order and other conditions, detailed in the technical specification. Blowy (hoboki) should be varnished in external/inside to the required color and print with print between the tools strengthening the roadside according to the specification added to SWZ. The color of the BBNA painting (Hoboka) and the ordering print will be specified in the sketch. Will be delivered successively for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the contract, in the system of unit order, on dates dictated by the order of the Ordering Party and the time he indicated. It will provide the ordering: 9,350 pieces - BBNW (hoboks) of blue; 1650 pieces - BBNW (hoboks) gray color; for the provided components of the packaging of the Ordering Entity requires a warranty for a period of 6 months from the date of confirmed Deliveries.
