Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of emergency medical equipment under the task titled: Increasing the population protection and civil defense resources of the Skrzyszow Commune as part of the financial assistance granted from the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025/2026.2. The description of the subject of the order is included in the attachment No. 4 to SWZ, description, specification of the subject of the order.3. The Ordering Party requires that the offered subject of the order meets the conditions for admission to trading and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in accordance with the Act on Medical Devices of April 7, 2022 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620, as amended).4. The contractor will deliver the item orders to the indicated address: building of the Commune Office in Skrzyszow, 33-156 Skrzyszw 642, only on weekdays, i.e. from Monday to Friday, at hours agreed with the representative Ordering Party.
