- The subject of the order is the supply of endoprostheses, orthopedic implants and medical equipment in the field of bone surgery and orthopedics for the Department of Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery in accordance with the product and price list constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. This annex is binding and cannot be mademake any changes to it.
The Ordering Party allows the submission of offers for the following parts:
Part No. 1 - delivery of cementless complete prostheses
Part No. 2 - delivery of revision hip prostheses
Part No. 3 - delivery of complete knee joint endoprostheses - cement
Part No. 4 - delivery of st.knee awu - complete primary with full range of knee mobility
Part No. 5 - delivery of radial head endoprostheses
Part No. 6 - delivery of cementless hip joint endoprostheses with a metaphyseal stem
Part No. 7 - delivery of cementless hip joint endoprostheses with a k-stemshort
Lot No. 8 - delivery of hip joint endoprostheses
Lot No. 9 - delivery of endoprosthesis for the metatarsophalangeal joint of the big toe
Lot No. 10 - delivery of locking plates and screws
Lot No. 11 - delivery of screws, tubular plates, Kirschner wire, RΕ±ch nails , Steinmann tips
Part No. 12 - delivery of intramedullary nails
Part No. 13 - delivery of a minimally invasive detachable intramedullary nail
Part No. 14 - delivery of plates and screws for hand bone anastomosis
Part No. 15 - delivery of saw blades for an oscillating saw, type ACCULAN 3TIGA 673
