Description:
I. Subject of the contract:
the subject of the order is the delivery of endoprosthesis, orthopedic implants and platelet systems to the facials together with the provision of instruments for the Provincial Hospital Zofia from Zamoyski Tarnowska in Tarnobrzeg, included in 15 packages.
II.Description of the subject of the contract:

3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to SWZ-price form.
4. The Contractor is responsible for quality, compliance with technical conditions andQuality described for the subject of the contract.2 to SWZ for the package and in the amount indicated in part D point I.2 SWZ. Depositment contractor of supplementation after each receipt of the "consumption protocol". Detailed principles of the deposit function are set out in § 4 of the draft contract, constituting Annex 8 to SWZ.
7. Delivery of endoprostheses that are the subjectOrders are associated with providing the contracting authority, i.e. a set of tools for putting them on.
