Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the supply of endoprosthesis for the multi -specialist hospital dr. Ludwika Błażek in Inowrocław.
2) the duration of the order processing for 24 months may be extended by the Ordering Party if the Employer has not used the amount of assortment a specified subject of the contract.
3) Delivery date of current order - up to 72 hours, urgent to complete 48 hours.
4) The first delivery will contain a full range of 2 pieces of each size, the date of supplementation of the implant up to 48 hours of receiving the order.
5) Place of order processing: The multi -specialist hospital dr. Ludwika Błażek, ul. Poznańska 97, 88-100 Inowrocław.

7) a detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to SWZ,
