Delivery of endoprosthesis and orthopedic products along with lending the instrumentation to the Poviat Hospital PCK in Nisko, from the date of signing the contract to 17.06.2026 (about 9 months) to the headquarters of the Ordering Party in accordance with the offer form, assortment and price form (Annex 1 to SWZ) constituting a description of the subject of the contract and the requirements contained in SWZ.
