Description:
1. Subject: Delivery of endoprosthesis and other implants (elements). A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes a contract template being Annex 3 to SWZ and a description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), which is Annex 8 to SWZ. SWZ entries should be read with any changes to SWZ content, which ise.g. the result of answers to the queries of contractors. 2. The Employer allows for partial offers. 3. The contracting authority does not require the implementation of the order by sheltered workshops, social cooperatives or other contractors covered by the provision of art. 94 para. 1 of the Act of 11September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320), hereinafter referred to as the Act. 4 5. The Employer does not provide for an electronic auction. 6. Ordering party beforeThe initiation of proceedings did not carry out preliminary market consultations. 7. The Ordering Party, within the limits specified in the provision of art. 462 et seq. of the Act, allows the subject of the subject of the contract - in each part of the contract - by the Contractor using subcontractors. 8.
