Description:
3.1. The subject of the order is the delivery of endoprosthesis within 48 hours of placing the order and providing the instrumentation for the SP ZOZ in Łęczna to the operating theater.
3.2. At the headquarters of the Ordering Party, the Bank of Endoprosthesis constituting the subject of the contract will be created, which will constituteThe contractor's property and will be subject to successive supplement by the Contractor.
3.3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in the price form constituting, respectively, Annex 2 attached to SWZ, divided into 2 sets:
Set No. 1-orthopedicndrothesis 33183200-8- prosthesesorthopedic
set No. 2- orthopedic endoprostheses33183200-8- orthopedic prostheses
3.4. As part of the gross value of the set, the contractor is obliged to train 10 doctors and 10 nurses in the extent necessary to gain appropriate knowledge and qualifications, in each set in timeand dates indicated by the Ordering Party during the period of this contract.
3.5. The entire range should have permits confirming the marketing admission in Poland.
3.6. Partial offers for individual sets are allowed. As part of the set, you should offerall listed items. Not completing any item
within the part will result in the rejection of the offer.
