Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of an endoscopic car wash to the Ordering Party's headquarters in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex 1 to the specification.
2. Operties not having the full scope of the subject of the contract will be rejected.constituting Annex 3 to the specification.with medical apparatus department.
2. Topping, installation, installation and launch of equipment at the Specialist Hospital Ludwika Rydygiera in Krakow sp.z o.o., 31-826 Krakow, os. Golden Autumn 1.
3. The contractor undertakes on the day of delivery of the subject of the contract to conduct the trainingEmployer staff at his headquarters - os. Golden Autumn 1, Krakow or assurances at your own expense by a third party. The training will be confirmed by the issue of personal certificates.Contractors who meet the conditions set out in art. 57 of the PZP Act and art. 112 para. 2 of the PZP Act, i.e.: they are not subject to exclusion
