The subject of the order is the supply of endoscopic equipment intended for the laboratory ofagnostic cooperating with the Hospital Emergency Department, including installation, commissioning and staff training.
This subject of the order should include equipment, delivery of equipment to the Ordering Party, installation and commissioning of equipment, and staff training.
Detailed informationthe description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of responses to the Contractors' inquiries.
The order is implemented under the contract with the Ministry of Health No. DOI/FM/SMPL/114/MDSOR/2023/45/379for granting a targeted subsidy to finance the implementation of the investment entitled "Improving the quality and safety of health services provided thanks to the additional medical equipment of the Hospital Emergency Department and diagnostic laboratories at the University Hospital in Krakow.
