Description:
1. The subject of the order is the purchase of engine fuels in the central supply system in 2025-2028, in the maximum amount mentioned below:
- unleaded gasoline PB 95 - according to PN -EN 228+A1 or equivalent - 2 877 m3;
- ON diesel for moderate climate- according to PN-EN 590+A1 or equivalent - 6 233 m3;
- ON2 diesel for arctic climate class 2 - according to PN -EN 590+A1 or equivalent - 109 m3.
The Employer undertakes to buy the following minimum quantities of the subject of the contract:
-unleaded gasoline PB 95-according to PN-EN 228+A1 or equivalent in quantity minimum 877 m3,
-ON diesel for moderate climate-according to PN-EN 590+A1 or equivalent in a minimum amount of 2,230 m3,
-ON2 diesel for the Arctic climate-according to PN-EN 590+A1 or equivalent in a minimum amount of 45 m3.
The fuel indicated above must be corresponded to the applicable Qualitative requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of the Climate and Environment of 26 June 2024 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018, as amended).
2 Technical. The minimum volume of one -time delivery of a given product specified in the table above is 4.0 m3.
3. The unloading of fuels in the Employer's warehouses will be implemented taking into account the information contained in Annex 1 to the contract.
