Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of terrestrial equipment (NOSP)-1 piece of the starter of the P70ta000A03-801 engine for M-346 aircraft, hereinafter referred to as the "product".
2. The supplied product must be new, from current production, i.e. from the year of delivery or the year preceding the delivery, It must be complete and technically efficient and must meet the quality requirements of the standards and requirements included in the current technical documentation of the manufacturer, in force at the date of signing the contract.
3. Along with the product, the Contractor shall provide the technical documentation referred to in § 8 of the proposed provisions contracts constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
The Contractor will provide the provided technical documentation of an indefinite license with a notice period of not less than 25 years, in the scope and in the fields of operation specified in § 8 of the planned provisions of the contract.
4. The contracting authority described the subject of the contract by indicating origin (manufacturer and type of engine starter) without the possibility of allowing equivalent products
