Description:
The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of ENT implants together with digital sound processors for the needs of the Provincial Combined Hospital dr. Roman Ostrzycki in Konin. The subject of the contract was described in detail in Annex 2 to SWZ - assortment and price form,In Annex 3 to SWZ - a statement of the required technical parameters and in Annex 5 to SWZ - the planned provisions of the contract, in which the amount of the subject of the contract and a description of the subject of the contract are given.
The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers. Subject of the contractIt has been divided into 4 parts (packages).
The contracting authority allows the offer to be submitted for one, several or all parts.
The subject of the contract will be delivered at the expense, risk and transport of the Contractor.
Conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract were also included in the planned provisionscontract, constituting Annex 5 to SWZ.
