Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of equipment and accessories for laparoscopic procedures
parts have been demonstrated and described
in the "Assortment and price form" (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ) and in the designed provisions of the contract (Annex No. 3 to the SWZ) constituting an integral part of these Terms of Reference. All requirements specified in the documents indicated above are minimum requirements and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned there will be minimum requirements result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the order pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law.
