Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of equipment and equipment to the Pneumatics and Hydraulics laboratory as part of the implementation of the project "Creation and support of the functioning of the Branch Skills Center in Chełm in the field of mechatronics".
91 para. 1 of the PZP Act allows the submission partial offers divided into 2 parts.
3. The detailed scope of the order, conditions and method of their performance for part 1-2 specify:
1) detailed description of the subject of the contract - Annex 4A - 4b to SWZ respectively
2) Designed provisions of the contract (PPU) - List No. 5 to SWZ
Equipment Pneumatics and electropneumatics studio
The subject of the order of Part 1 is the supply of equipment and devices to the Pneumatics and Elektropneumatics laboratory as part of the implementation of the project "Creation and support of the functioning of the industry skill center in Chełm in the field of mechatronics".
Supplied The equipment is to be complete, factory -new, undamaged, not to constitute the subject of the rights of third parties.
The contracting authority requires that the supplied equipment be made of factory new, safe materials, having all required approvals and approvals.
