- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of equipment and supplies necessary to implement tasks in the field of Civil Protection and Civil Defense in the Cybinka Commune under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program 2025-2026.2. Ordering party in accordance with Art. 91 section 1 of the Act allows for the submission of partial offers as part of these proceedings, specifying the division of the order into the following 4 parts, i.e.: 1) Part 1 of the order - supply of power generators, petrol chainsaws, petrol chainsaws (rescue), equipment for the evacuation of injured persons (impact mower), mobile lighting equipment, battery tools necessary to act in a crisis situation. The scope of the subject (this part) of the order includes in particular: a) supply of power generators (7 pcs.), each with a power of 5 kW, along with full technical documentation, b) supply of petrol chainsaws (14 pcs. in total), c) supply of an impact hammer (1 pc.), d) supply of a mobile lighting equipment (1 pc), e) supply battery tools necessary to act in a crisis situation (2 sets).
