Description:
1. CZ 1 - Delivery of equipment for biofeedback therapy, including: 1) supplies of the factory new equipment to the extent specified in the beginning No. 1.1. to SWZ together with transport and lodging in place indicated by the Ordering Party, 2) providing together with the order required for the slide instructions in Polish, 3) providing technical documentation, used with the subject of the fall, 4) providing with warranty documents together with order. 2. A detailed description of the subject of individual worship, including techno-lociac requirements, constitutes the capacity 1.1. to SWZ. The method of execution is determined by the design of the Stancy agreement.
