Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of chemical and physicochemical laboratory equipment, made in accordance with the requirements included in the planned provisions of the contract - constituting:
1) Annex 5A to SWZ for Task 1, 2 and 3;
2) Annex 5B to SWZ for Zadnia 4-12;
and in the description of the subjectOrders constituting:
1) Annex 6A to SWZ for Task 1, 2 and 3;
2) Annex 6B to SWZ for Zadnia 4 - 12.
2. The offered products along with all teams, components and elements of equipment
and other products for product work must be factory new and come from the production of not older productionthan:
1) for task 1, 2 and 3 from 2023;
2) for Zadnia 4-12 from 2024.
3. Pod The concept of "factory new" the contracting authority understands-a product without traces of use
