Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of equipment for a cytostatic drug laboratory.2. The goods offered by the Contractor must: a) meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the Specification of Order Conditions, in particular the conditions specified in the description of the subject of the order. - attachments with the required technical parameters. b) be brand new, fully operational, not refurbished, not a demo version. c) be produced at least in 2025, d) meet the quality and technical standards resulting from the function and purpose, e) be free from material, construction, physical and legal defects, f) cannot be encumbered with any rights to third parties.3. The offered Subject of the Order must be complete with all components, parts and materials necessary for commissioning and use.4. The description of the offered product should not raise any doubts for the Ordering Party. The description should indicate that the offered subject of the order has the same parameters as required by the Ordering Party or better, by precisely indicating the parameters offered equipment.5.
