Supply of equipment for digitizing paper documentation, including at least a card information from hospital treatment, along with programs and IT systems cooperating with the purchased digitization equipment. The subject of the order includes:
- one-off delivery and commissioning of the subject of the order, the required technical parameters of which are specified in Annexes No. 3 i 3.1 to the SWZ, as well as all other activities related to the implementation of the subject of the order - up to 60 days from the date of signing the contract,
- checking the completeness of the subject of the order and checking the correct operation of the Hospital's system before the protocol acceptance of the complete activated item orders within the time agreed with the Ordering Party,
- training of 4 employees of the IT Department at the Ordering Party's headquarters in the scope of operation and configuration of the launched subject of the order, including the operation and configuration of the system software, before the protocol acceptance complete commissioned subject of the order within the deadline set by the Ordering Party in consultation with the Contractor
- training of the Ordering Party's employees (system users) and the Ordering Party's administrators in the scope and time specified in point VI of Annex No. 3 to the SWZ,
- providing care service along with author's supervision for all transferred licenses for the offered system for a period of 36 months from the date of protocol acceptance of the complete operational subject of the order,
