- 1. The subject of the contract is the supply of devices, sports clothing, sports footwear and sere equipment for 31 WOG Zgierz and subunits remaining on its supply in 2025.
The contractor may submit an offer for one or all tasks, except that Only one offer can be submitted for each task:
Task 1 - Sports equipment
Task 2 - Sports clothing
Task 3 - Sports shoes
Task 4 - Sere equipment
Task 5 - climbing equipment
Task No. 6 - gym equipment
3. In the examination and evaluation of offers, the Employer will consider each task separately.
4. The subject of the contract, sizes and quantities are specified in Annexes No. 1 A - 1 F to SWZ / Annex 1 to the contract (price form and detailed description of the subject of the contract).
