Description:
The subject of the order is SVA/466-645/2025: Delivery of equipment in the form of gun racks - according to the price form as part of task 43287 Jarosław. THE APPLICATION FORM must be sent by the deadline of January 8, 2025, at 22:00 directly on the purchasing platform using the Make an offer tab. After submitting the application form, documentation of the procedure will be sent at a later date. The Ordering Party reserves that the application form submitted after the deadline indicated above will not be considered. In order to minimize the risk related to non-performance or improper performance of the contract, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to invite the Contractor to participate in the procedure, after analyzing the financial situation, including existing obligations. The Ordering Party reserves that it will not invite the Contractor who is a party to a previously concluded contract with the Ordering Party, within the scope of which the contract was terminated, the contract was withdrawn, the execution of the contract was not commenced or an accrued contractual penalties for the implementation of a significant obligation inconsistent with the provisions of the procurement contract, substitute performance in the scope of removing defects in the subject of the contract was entrusted to a third party at the expense of the Guarantor, either of the parties submitted a a lawsuit against the other party.
