Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of equipment for the gynecological oncology department to the rooms indicated by the ordering party, together with:
1.1. Installation (if applicable),
1.2. Installation (if applicable),
1.3. Commissioning (if applicable),
1.4. Commissioning for operation (to the extent required by thewith the specificity of a given device),
1.5. Staff training (to the extent required by the specificity of a given device),
about quality requirements relating to at least the main elements constituting the subject of the order. The subject of the order is described in detail in the AnnexesNo. 3.1 - 3.16 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as Annexes No. 3 to the SWZ).
