Description:
The subject of the order is: Delivery of equipment to the field in Oblgorek, together with all costs incurred by the Contractor for the proper implementation of the subject of the order, in particular the costs of: delivery, loading, unloading, assembly, unpacking the equipment and checking the functionality of the equipment, warranty quality for the delivered goods (the Contractor will submit warranty cards along with the deliveries). Delivery of the nursery equipment according to the detailed description in accordance with Annex No. 1A to the SWZ. Due to the fact that the subject of the order is intended for the nursery, it must have motifs and elements addressed to children. The Ordering Party reserves the right to refuse accept the subject of the order if it considers that the above-mentioned proposed by the Contractor motifs and elements are not suitable for children. For this reason, it is recommended that the Contractor asks the Ordering Party to accept the supplied equipment before delivery. 2. The scope of the order includes: a) supply of equipment b) delivery and assembly roller blinds, Delivery and installation of the equipment constituting the subject of this order will be at the risk and expense of the Contractor.
