Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of equipment for the needs of the traffic skill center in the field of roadway at the Agricultural School Complex Major Henryk Dobrzański - Hubal in Sokołka. The order is divided into parts of which:
part 1 machine simulator - 2 pcs;
part 2 wheeled excavatorwith an innovative three-dimensional 3D system-1 item;
part 3 Self-propelled trader with an innovative three-dimensional 3D system-1 pc;
part 4 Bituminous mass spread with 3D level-1 pc;
part 5 Steel roller 6-8t-1 pc;
part 6 steel roller 10-12 t-1 pcs; Backhoe loaderControlled charger arm with joysticks - 1 pc.
1) The subject of the delivery is the simulator of many machines in one device in an amount of 2 pieces, enabling the training of excavators, wheeled chargers and balances. A device equipped with advanced simulation, realistic modulesThe graphic environment and interactive controls, which allows for faithful reproduction of working conditions at the construction site.
2) The supplied equipment is to be factory new, complete and efficient, free from physical and legal defects, and introduced on the market in accordance with applicable law.
3)The contractor ensures that the supplied software:
a) comes from a legal source and has all the ingredients confirming the legality of origin (e.g. original packaging, carrier, license agreement, access key).
b) does not violate the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright...
