Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of equipment for the Nursing Department of the University of Siedlce, in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.2. The subject of the order includes the delivery of the equipment indicated in section 1 to the University of Siedlce, ul. Prusa 14, 08-110 Siedlce. 3. The Contractor's obligations will include: 1) delivery (transport, bringing) of equipment to the place indicated by the Ordering Party and training of employees indicated by the Ordering Party (details are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ); 2) removal and disposal of packaging, if the Ordering Party decides otherwise. The Ordering Party is not obliged to keep the original packaging of the delivered subject of the contract. The warranty cannot be made conditional on the possession of original packaging.4. The supplied equipment must be brand new, free from defects, unused, and placed in its original packaging packaging.
