Description:
The subject of the contract is: delivery of equipment as part of the project "Additional equipment and modernization of a medical entity in order to adapt it to the heart transplantation program". Part II. The description of the subject of the order has been specified in the Assortment and Price Forms constituting Appendix No. 2A to SWZ and the list of parameters - Appendix No. 2B to the SWZ. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial tenders. The offer can be submitted for the entire order or for individual packages, i.e. 8 tasks:
Package No. 1: Pocket flow detector
Package No. 2: Fluorescence microscope
Package No. 3: Bedo to the intensive care room with anti-bedsore mattress
Package no. 4: Intensive care bed with anti-bedsore mattress and scales
