Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of pathological diagnostic equipment.
to SWZ - List of required quality and technical parameters, and in Annex No. 4 to SWZ - Drafted Contract Provisions, which specify the quantity of the subject of the order and the description of the subject of the order.
3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate this contract award procedure if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to allocate to finance all or part of the contract will not be awarded to him (Article 257 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law).
The Ordering Party is applying for funding as part of the competition organized by the Ministry of Health for the selection of implementers of the National Oncology Strategy task entitled: "Purchase of equipment for pathological diagnostics" in 2025. As of the date of initiation of this procurement procedure, the competition has not been resolved.
The subject of the order was divided into parts (packages).
5. Ordering Party allows submitting an offer for one, several or all parts.
