Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of pathological diagnostic equipment by the Contractor,
including:
task no. 1 - delivery of two pieces of tissue processor,
task no. 2 delivery of a sealing machine,
task no. 3 delivery of two dyeing machines,
task no. 4 - delivery of two covers,
task no. 5 delivery of two pieces of microtome,
task no. 6 - delivery of two cartridge printers,
task no. 7 - delivery of two slide printers
(hereinafter referred to as equipment), described in detail in the List of Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ and in accordance with the Draft Provisions Agreements constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
1 will be carried out as part of the contract concluded with the State Treasury and the Minister of Health for the implementation of the multi-annual program entitled "National Oncology Strategy" regarding the purchase of specialized equipment (hereinafter referred to as the subsidy agreement).
139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law Using the above-mentioned procedure, the ordering party will first carry out an examination and evaluation of offers, and then will subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation
in the proceedings.
