- Part No. 1. Delivery of power generators with trailers for transport. The scope of the order includes the delivery of two power generators with the necessary equipment and two trailers for their transport. A detailed description of the subject of the order is Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ. Detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes Appendix No. 1a to SWZ 1. The Ordering Party requires that the delivered subject of the order: 1) be brand new, complete, fully operational, ready for use, without physical or legal defects, 2) have not been previously used or exploited, 3) meet the technical and operational requirements specified in detail in OPZ.2. The Contractor will be obliged to provide services accompanying the delivery, i.e. loading, transport, unloading (if applicable) at the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The cost of delivery, preparation of the equipment for use, its equipment should be included in the price of the delivered equipment and should not constitute a separate items on the invoice/bill. The delivered equipment must be brand new, unused. The ordering party allows solutions equivalent to those described in the above-mentioned documentation.
