Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: delivery of equipment, reagents and materials used for the needs of the POCT team for the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical University in Łodź at ul. Pomorska 251.
2. The member has not been divided into parts.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract provides Annex 1 to SWZ - assortment and price form.
4. Capital references in the content of the document to the standards, the Employer allows equivalent solutions described, and such as accompanied by the words "or equivalent", in accordance with art. 101 para. 4 of the PZP Act.
5. The contractor is obliged to realize Order on the principles and conditions described in the template of the contract constituting Annex 2 to SWZ depending on which some submits the offer.
