Description:
1. The subject of the plan is the implementation by the Contractor to the ordering task of the supply of equipment (stage II), i.e. household appliances and small gastronomic equipment for the room of the treatment department of disruption of personal and neurosis (III pitro hospital building No. 102) of the hospital Clinical dr. J. Babiski SP ZOZ in Krakow. The subject of the fall includes the execution, supply and assembly of the equipment, which was detailed as part of: - Package and Household appliances, minor gastronomic equipment - price form - Advocate No. 1.1 to SWZ.2. The implementation of the fall is based on of the provided contractor by the ordering design documentation of interference and equipment for the III Pitra of hospital building No. 102, which is the clinics for this SWZ, i.e. the Oglna Technical specification of the implementation and acceptance of Robt, detailed technical specifications - CZ VI.
