- The subject of the order is: Delivery of equipment sets for a specialized chemical and ecological rescue group. The subject of the order should meet the following requirements: a) meet all the features specified in the specification of the order conditions, b) be brand new and compliant with applicable standards - brand new products should be understood as newly manufactured products, packed in their original packaging by the manufacturer, which will be complete, free from defects, of full value and showing no signs of use. To avoid any doubts, the Parties agree that brand new products and equipment cannot be recognized products that were subject to the procedure (so-called refurbished), even if the renewal procedure was carried out by the manufacturer. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in A. No. 2 to SWZ Technical specification. Description of the subject of the order included in Pro. No. 2 to the SWZ contains minimum requirements, which the offered subject of the order must meet. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are included in the Order. No. 4 to SWZ - Draft contract.
