Podwale Staromiejskie, as part of the project: Gdańsk City of Professionals Development Infrastructure and equipment of vocational schools in Gdańsk - stage II.
2. The order of the contract covers three parts:
1) Part 1: Delivery and assembly of furniture equipment;
2) Part 2: Delivery and assembly of computer equipment and IT equipment;
3) Part 3: Delivery and assembly of robots teaching.
The subject of delivery is to be brand new, unused, free from defects and complete.
4. The technical parameters of the movable equipment being the subject of the contract and quantitative requirements are included are specified in the attachments to OPZ:
1) Annex 1 to OPZ - regarding Part 1;
2) Annex 2 to OPZ - regarding Part 2;
3) Annex 3 to OPZ - regarding part 3.
5. Detailed scope of the contract and the terms of the implementation were specified in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 7 to SWZ - for Part 1, No. 2 and No. 3. The other terms of the contract were specified in the planned provisions of the contract w...
