- 1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of equipment to the studio for medical care, dental assistant and dental hygienist under the "Vocational Lesser Poland" project co -financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund Plus; Priority 6, action6.12 Education - projects of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship, type. B Coordination of therapeutic education, under the European Funds program for Lesser Poland 2021-2027.Technical and quantitative described in Annex 1 to the specification. All delivered goods must meet all requirements enabling their marketing admission in the territory of the Republic of Poland, have approved certificates, and quality certificates required by law. Parameters indicated in Annex 1 to SWZTechnical devices constitute minimum requirements - the contractor may offer devices with parameters higher than indicated by the Employer.
3. The Contractor is obliged to ensure the training of the Employer's personnel in the operation of devices covered by the subject of the contract. The training should betake place within 14 days from the date of delivery of the subject of the contract.
