Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of mobile water treatment stations under OliOCIlo, 4 pcs. New water treatment station, year of production min. 2024, permissible weight max. 60 kg (without water). Equivalent solutions: In each case where standards, technical specifications and systems are used in the description of the subject of the order technical references referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described. When analyzing the description of the subject of the contract, the contractor should assume that each reference referred to in Art. 3 of the Public Procurement Law used in the description the subject of the order is accompanied by the wording or equivalent. All criteria and features described in the standards, technical specifications and technical reference systems set the minimum standards that the offered product must meet. Types of materials and devices specified in the description of the subject of the order are given to set a minimum technical standard.
