3 The subject of the contract was divided into 4 task groups, in quantities and an assortment
demonstrated inPrice forms constituting integral parts of this SWZ.
3. The offer may apply to all or selected tasks. It is not allowed to submit partial offers within individual tasks.
4. The Employer does not allow the submission of variant offers.
5. Each contractor has the rightsubmit only one offer. The submission by one contractor
more than one offer or offer containing alternatives causes all
offers submitted by a given contractor.

It must be in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract and must meet the conditions for admission to
