- Part 1 Purchase of power generatorsThe material scope of the subject of the order includes in particular: a) delivery of 3 pieces of power generators (engine generator), brand new, year of production not earlier than 2024, transported on a trailer meeting the requirements of the Act of June 20, 1997, Law on road traffic (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended). b) Nominal parameters of the unit on the trailer: - rated power of the unit, minimum power min. 12 kVa maximum power 16 kVa, - operating frequency: 50 Hz - rated voltage 230/400 V. - sound level not higher than 75 dB (A) at a distance of 7 m, - tank capacity fuel min. 20 l,- operating time at 100% load min. 6 hours, - permissible operating temperature range -25/+40 0C, - total weight of the unit with trailers max. 500 kg.2. Warranty. The contractor will offer a manufacturer's warranty for the equipment and accessories constituting the subject of the order for a period not shorter than indicated in the Detailed Descriptions of the Subject of the Order. The Ordering Party is entitled to full warranty rights for physical defects resulting from the provisions of the Civil Code within the deadlines specified therein, regardless of the rights under warranty...
