Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the supply of equipment to places in the Trzebnica Commune indicated by the Ordering Party in the Contract Template, constituting Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.2. The technical parameters of the equipment given in the tables are minimum parameters. The ordering party allows equivalent solutions whose parameters technical specifications are at least as indicated in the table or better.3. The dimensions/dimensions/colors of equipment given in the tables are examples. The ordering party allows equivalent solutions, i.e. dimensions / sizes with tolerance +/- 10%.4. The contractor must submit an offer for all elements included in the contract tasks in quantities and units of measurement provided by the Ordering Party.5. Any changes to equipment quantities or units of measurement are not permitted. 6. Delivery date of all elements included in the order no later than December 12, 2025.
