Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of rescue devices - equipment necessary for the Ordering Party to carry out tasks under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program, specified in Annex No. 1 to SWZ Description of the Subject of the Order, hereinafter referred to as: OPZ. 2. Detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes the provisions in 1 of the contract template constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ and the Description of the subject of the order, hereinafter referred to as OPZ, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. The ordering party specifies the minimum value of the scope of the basic order as 70%.5. The task is carried out as part of the implementation of the Civil Protection and Defense Program Civil 2025-2026 adopted by resolution No. 72 of the Council of Ministers of May 27, 2025 (M.P. of 2025, item 541) on the system of financing tasks in the field of population protection and civil defense, arising from the Act of December 5, 2024 on population protection and civil defense (Journal of Laws of 2024 pos. 1907).
