Description:
1. The subject of the order is the Contractor's supply of equipment to the Urology Clinic, including:
Task No. 1 Delivery of a video track with a fusion biopsy system
Task No. 2 Delivery of an ultrasound scanner with heads and attachments
(hereinafter referred to as hardware), described in detail in the List of Required Features and Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 6 to this SWZ, in the quantities indicated in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and in accordance with the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ.
1 will be made under the concluded Agreement No. UM_WR.431.3.264.2025 for co-financing the project "Purchase of medical equipment for the Dr. Wł. Biegański Regional Specialist Hospital in Grudziądz" No. FEKP.06.10-IZ.00-0004/25 co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund under Priority 6.
