• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and instruction of microscopes with digital cameras along with software for conducting interactive microscopy classes for the Medical Faculty of the Medical University. 2. Detailed description of the item zamówienia, został określony w Formularzu wymagań technicznych, który stanowi Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. The technical requirements form is a component of the OFFER and does not need to be supplemented. 3.All specified technical parameters given in the Requirements Form technical parameters (Appendix No. 2 to SWZ) are minimum parameters. The contractor may propose equipment with technical parameters higher, but not worse, than those indicated by the ordering party. All technical parameters will be taken into account when assessing them technical parameters of the given equipment. The offered equipment cannot violate the DNSH (Do No Significant Harm) principle, i.e. it cannot cause significant damage to the environment in terms of: climate change mitigation, adaptation to climate change, water and marine resources, circular economy, pollution prevention, biodiversity and ecosystems. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. The subject of the order is described in detail in the Technical Requirements Form, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 5. The ordering party does not divide the order into parts. Therefore, the contracting authority does not allow the submission of partial offers referred to in Art. 7 point 15 of the Act.
