Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the delivery of an ERP IT system for the non-medical part of the Hospital, together with the implementation and training of users and the supply of the necessary licenses. The functional scope of the system must enable comprehensive financial and economic event managementh taking place in the medical entity, management of material turnover and human resources potential of the entity. The subject of the order includes the following supplies and services: Supply of the ERP IT System; Implementation of the ERP System, which means: installation, configuration, parameterization, then launchinstallation of the ERP System on servers, arrays and workstations provided by the Ordering Party; a) Delivery of database software along with installation and configuration as well as transfer of data to the new infrastructure, b) Transfer of data from the Ordering Party's systems to the ERP IT System, c) Intintegration of the ERP System with the HIS used in the Ordering Party's medical entity, d) Training of the Ordering Party's staff, e) provision of warranty services, including maintenance, for the implemented ERP system.
