Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 factory new, low-floor articulated city buses with electric and length in the range of 17.5-18.0 m with the option of options.
2. Under the law, the Employer reserves the right to extend the subject of the order to another busesup to 9 pieces. Buses covered by the right options must be brand new, identical in terms of brand and type and in terms of construction, technical parameters, as well as completing and equipment in relation to vehicles constituting the basic part of the order. Unless nothing else results from documentsOrders, whenever their provisions refer to buses or generally to the subject of the contract, should be referred to both the basic and optional part of the order.
3. The basic order is to be fully financed from EU subsidies.
4. A vehicle is considered a factory new busProduced not earlier than 8 months before the date of delivery of a given batch of order and unsolved.
5. The buses offered must be one brand, identical in terms of construction, technical parameters as well as completion and equipment.
6. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained inAnnexes No. 4 - 7 to SWZ, as well as in Annex 8 constituting the planned provisions of the contract.
