1. The subject of the public procurement is the supply of factory new spare parts to locomotives Suspended with combustion drive of the DZ 80 working in underground mining plants extracting hard coal in rooms at risk of methane and carbon dust explosion.
2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to freely choose individual spare parts that he will order within the contract concluded with the contractor.
