Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of factory new towing purifiers with a saddle tractor in 2024-2026 in accordance with the order documents. 2. The terms of the order processing are specified in the order documents (Annex 3 to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU)). 3. Description of the subject of the contract and detailed requirements for the subject of the contract are specified in the contract documents (Annex 4 to SWZ-operational and technical requirements (hereinafter: WET)). 4. The Employer shall provide for the possibility of exercising the right of options in quantities and dates specified in the Order documents (PPU). 5. As part of the guaranteed (basic) order, the contracting authority intends to obtain the following quantities of the subject of the contract: a) in 2024 - 3 kpl.; b) in 2025 - 3 set; c) in 2026 - 5 kpl. 5. As part of the option, the Employer intends to obtain the following quantities of the subject of the contract: a) in 2024 - up to 2 set; b) in 2025 - up to 2 set; c) in 2026 - up to 4 kpl.
